Charlotte works within an Integrative Framework which means that she draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including humanisitc approaches attachment theory, psychodynamic perspectives, emotionally focused therapies and CBT.
She is also trained in motivational interviewing , solution focused therapy , behavioural activation and brief interventions .

Charlotte is committed to staying abreast of current research and changes in the therapeutic space and her previous roles lecturing on both undergrad and post graduate therapy training courses enhances her practice and knowledge in the field.
